Which print processes do you use?

All cards are hand-cut and hand-printed using a traditional British hot foil printing press.

Are your products made in the UK?

Yes, all products are made and printed here in England.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view delivery costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total"

How long will delivery of my order take?

I use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and it takes 1-3 days to get your order ready. Once your order has been dispatched it should be with you the next working day.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Major credit/debit cards as well as direct PayPal account payments are accepted.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are offered (on non-personalised items) as long as the goods are in resaleable condition - any goods that you wish to return must be unopened and in their original packaging. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product.
